Scottish Interest:

     It has been my pleasure to visit my ancestral homeland three times in the past several years and each time I am more impressed with its beauty.  Although the Maxwell's were a dominant lowland clan, I have traveled through the highlands to the North Sea, and hope to return soon to explore the Orkneys.  I maintain a choice selection of books on Scotland, comprised mostly of local history and genealogy.
